• Set up vendor tent
• Passing out brochures
• Registering interested families for our Fall program.

• Tent breakdown, promo items, and equipment
• Pack up the van and unpack @ GYTI office

General: Assist with communications.

• Post social media accounts
• Website support 
• Promotional and public relations communications.  
• Writing 
• Research-related information
• Activities planning
• Video filming
• Taking photos

Fall and Spring semesters: Assist with teaching, mentoring, and programming.  

• Assisting teaching in our afterschool program, 
• Mentoring middle-school students one-on-one, 
• program planning
• monitoring students during sessions.  
• participation in service-learning projects.
• check-in (greeting kids), 
• snack time etc.

NOTE: Any person that will be working with our kids directly will need to pass appropriate background checks.
